3 Ways to Improve Your Skin

Hello darlings, how are we doing this week? I hope you all are having a fabulous week in the midst of business.

For this week’s blog, I am writing to you about 3 ways you can do at home to improve your skin tremendously. Some of them you already know because I emphasize them all the time.

Water! Drinking an adequate amount of water not only is good for your health, it is beneficial for your skin. Ladies, we all want to be beautiful and have glowing skin. Water is one of the essential answers you have and can easily get access to.

A good night of sleep. I know for some of us, going to sleep early is almost impossible because we are either night owls or we just have a lot of things to do that keep us awake. But, question: are they worth losing your beauty sleep that can help you to maintain your youth longer? We all know the answer. It’s a no. Thus, whenever possible, drink some chamomile tea and get a good night of sleep.

Ways to Achieve Better Sleep

Eye mask that can block out lights. You can get them at Bed & Bath Beyond, Forever 21 for about $10 maximum.

Air humidifier or diffuser. You can add essential oil if wanted. They are good for relaxation, also can be used as an evaporator that create moisture in the air to prevent dry skin. The price can range from $20-$100.

There are some external products we could use to improve our skin such as skin product.

For moisturizing purpose, Belief, The True Cream Aqua Bomb is definitely one of my to go ones. It is not outrageously expensive and a small amount can go a long way.

For dark circles under eyes, Sk-II R.N.A. POWER Face Cream is really good. It contains substances that will lighten up the dark circles and moisturize the skin. However, this one is on the a bit more expensive side. For a small bottle, it costs $230. It is breaking the bank a little, but the result is remarkable.

For anti-aging, Lancome Advanced Génifique Eye Cream and Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex are your answers. They are also on the more expensive side, but again, the result will tell you it is worth it. Lancome: $67. Estee Lauder: $62.

Bifidus Extract: Helps strengthen and protect the skin’s moisture barrier. 

This one can also help with brightening up the dark circles.

I know some of these products are quite expensive, but they worth every penny. Maybe some of you will give them a try and let me know what you think.
